Q: Will you create a wedding-day timeline for?

A: Yes. Day-of timeline creation is included with our Valencia, True Orange, and Tangerine packages.

Q: If necessary, are you able to provide insurance to the venue?

A: Yes, absolutely!

Q: Do you require vendor meals? 

A: Yes. We do require vendor meals if we are at the event for more than 6-hours.

Q: Do you require a deposit to 'Save Our Date'?

A: Yes. We require a non-refundable, 30% retainer fee of the total amount due at the time of booking and in order to secure your event date.

Q: Are you offering a payment plan?

A: We require a non-refundable, 30% retainer fee to save your date. The remaining balance must be paid 14 days prior to the event. You are more than welcome to make monthly payments as well.

Q: Will you help in managing vendors the day-of with set-up, timeline management, and breakdown times?

A: Yes, definitely! Leave all the logistics up to us. It is your job to enjoy your wedding day!

Q: Will you be providing support prior to the month-of the wedding? 

A: Of course! Please feel free to ask questions or bring up ideas. We're happy to help!

Q: Are you going to help during rehearsal?

A: Yes. We will be there to coordinate your rehearsal. Typically, rehearsals are coordinated the day or night before the wedding. If the rehearsal date is any different from that, please notify us in a timely manner to make arrangements.

Q: Are you able to suggest any viable vendors to provide services for our wedding?

A: Absolutely! I have some vendor friends in the industry that would love to provide services for your big day!

Q: Will you be able to tour venues with us?

A: Once booked, we are able to go on tours with you. Please keep in mind that additional travel fees may occur if venue is more than 50 miles from Arcadia, CA.

Q: Do you provide an emergency bridal kit? 

A: No need to ask. We gift every Orange Affair Bride an emergency bridal kit.

 

Q: Do you coordinate pre-wedding events such as proposals, engagement parties, bridal showers etc.? 

A: These services are not advertised in any Orange Affair socials but can be arranged. Please inquire within.
