THE MEANING BEHIND OUR BRAND

It all started by planning our own wedding ..

We locked in The Orange Affair name over dinner one night as we were discussing about our wedding visions. Our colors originate from Brown & Orange tones such as Rust, Copper, and Burnt Orange. Endlessly creating mood boards and scavenging for inspos on Pinterest have showed us how much we adore this particular color scheme. The Orange Affair (The Orange Event / The Orange Wedding / Our Orange Wedding) in addition to my enthusiasm for wedding designing and planning have inspired us to start our own business. This is our way of showcasing not only our creativity but also each of our couple's unique love stories.

I am a nurse by educational background and profession but a wedding coordinator at heart. For many years, I've had such passion for designing events and eventually wanted to grow my niche on weddings as this is one of the most unforgettable moments in life. There is definitely this unexplainable rush ---- It's an abundant amount of joy that I feel helping couples narrate their love story through turning their wedding visions into a real-life, gleeful memory. As I always tell my couples: "You're wedding isn't mine but I'll take care of it just as if it was."

Aside from my very hectic schedule, I still very much have a normal life outside of nursing and business. I am just like everyone else. I am a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a best friend, a dog mom, and most importantly, a bride and wife-to-be ---  to the most amazing man i've ever met. He certainly makes my world go around. He is my high-school sweetheart and he proposed to me on my 30th birthday and I absolutely can't wait to be Mrs. L. I love to travel. I love to rave. I love to take photos of random things that I find inspiration from. Not so much a coffee lover but certainly obsessed with Matcha and Chai.
